Are you an HR professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex transformation work? This role the opportunity to contribute directly to the implementation phase of the IT & Data transformation. The focus is on turning the agreed organization design into reality: refiningdetails, supporting selection waves, preparing Workday implementation and helping employees and leaders navigate the change. Role & Accountabilities: In this role, you will support the implementation of the IT & Data target organization. You will work closely with the transformation team, business stakeholders, HR colleagues and managers to ensure the next steps are executed in a structured, timely and consistent way. Your main responsibility is to help move the transformation from design to implementation by creating structure, tracking progress, identifying dependencies and ensuring that the people-related implementation activities are prepared and executed with the right level of quality and consistency. - Coordinate input and preparation for selection waves 2 and 3, including jobdescriptions, interview panels and selection frameworks. - Support accurate mapping of employees into the future organization and help resolve follow-up questions or dependencies. - Prepare and coordinate the correct implementation of the new organization structure in Workday. - Support communication and change activities by creating clarity on process timelines, roles and next steps. - Contribute to employee journey activities, including individual employee cases offboarding where relevant. - Act as a connecting point between the transf...
