Data Science | Psychology internship: behavioral insights analytics Beschrijving Introduction The Security Culture Program at ASML helps strengthen awareness, decision-making, and positive behaviors across a global organization. Within this program, the Behavioral Insights Workstream uses data to better understand behavioral outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives. As a intern, you will help transform data from multiple sources into actionable insights that support measurement, learning, and future program development. You will work with real business data, identify meaningful patterns, and help improve how behavioral insights are communicated across the organization. This internship offers the opportunity to combine analytics, behavioral understanding, and business impact in an international environment. Your assignment During this internship, you will contribute to behavioral measurement and analytics activities that help improve understanding of organizational behavior. You will support the preparation, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of data while helping develop meaningful insights for stakeholders. You will also explore opportunities to enhance current measurement approaches and reporting practices. Your key responsibilities will be: - Prepare, clean, and structure datasets from multiple behavioral data sources - Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities - Combine and analyze datasets to generate richer behavioral insights - Develop insight summaries and support data-driven recommendations - Explore innovative measurement approaches, indicators, and analytical methods - Create and improve dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings effectively - Support stakeholder presentations and insight communication activities This is a bachelor or master (non-thesis) internship for minimum 6 months, possible to extend to 12 mon...
