Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversees and directs up to forty hourly employees / contractors in the operation of seven ship docks, three barge docks, twenty-three pipelines and a thirty-three-million-barrel capacity crude oil and NGL terminal facility. - Central point of contact for the crude oil and marine facility. - Responsible for planning and assigning operations personnel for daily duties and overtime assignments to meet pipeline, ship and barge dock schedules. - Coordinating marine & pipeline operations with multiple departments, customers and outside contractors. - Report compilation & record documentation. - itial incident/emergency response. - Provides guidance to resolve operational problems as required. - Works closely with other departments to maintain efficient operations. - Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures. - Supports and assists HES training activities, policies and procedures. - Provides supervisory relief in various areas in the event of a terminal emergency or busin...
