In this role, you will build and manage an AI-powered sales engine that automatically identifies prospects, generates qualified leads, initiates personalized conversations, and converts opportunities into business. Depending on the market and opportunity, you will either hand qualified leads over to regional sales partners or manage the sales process yourself. Your Responsibilities * Develop and optimize AI-driven lead generation strategies. * Build automated prospecting workflows using AI and modern sales technologies. * Generate high-quality B2B leads through intelligent outbound campaigns. * Utilize AI-powered sales platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM automation tools, and similar technologies. * Create and optimize automated outreach sequences across multiple channels. * Qualify leads and determine the most effective sales approach. * Transfer qualified opportunities to regional sales representatives and channel partners worldwide or manage the sales cycle independently when appropriate. * Build and maintain a healthy international sales pipeline. * Collaborate closely with management to identify new markets and business opportunities. * Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates through data-driven optimization. * Stay up to date with emerging AI, cybersecurity, and cloud technology trends. Your Profile * Several years of experience in B2B technology sales, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise IT. * Proven track record in outbound sales and business development. * Strong sales personality with the ability to identify opportunities and close business. * Passion for Artificial Intelligence and modern sales automation. * Experience with AI-enabled prospecting tools such as: ** Apollo ** LinkedIn Sales Navigator ** HubSpot ** Salesforce ** Clay ** Outreach ** Salesloft ** or comparable platforms. * Excellent understanding of: ** AI-assisted lead generation ** Sales automation ** CRM management ** Account-Based Selling ** Pipeline development ** Revenue generation * Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. * Fluent English (written and spoken). * Additional languages are considered an advantage.
