Start: asap We are partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a world-leading online travel platform based in Greece. If you’re passionate about travel and customer service, this is an exciting opportunity to join an international team supporting accommodation partners across Europe. You’ll assist with booking-related inquiries, account management, and platform support while helping deliver an outstanding partner experience. Candidates already living in Greece can work remotely from day one. Candidates relocating from abroad will complete an initial 3-week paid training in Athens, after which they may transition to remote work upon successful completion of the training and having a stable wired internet connection. Your Role - Provide customer support to accommodation partners via phone and other communication channels - Assist with booking-related inquiries, room modifications, availability, pricing, and account management - Support partners with platform navigation and internal tools - Deliver accurate information while resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally - Build strong relationships with accommodation partners through excellent customer service - Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems - Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets while delivering an exceptional support experience - Continuously develop your product knowledge to provide expert assistance Your Qualifications - Native-level fluency in Dutch - Good command of English (B2 level or above) - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset - Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office - Ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends - Currently based in Greece or willing to relocate The Offer - Remote position for candidates already living in Greece - Relocation package available for candidates moving to Greece - Paid 3-week onboarding and training in Athens for relocating candidates - Opportunity to work remotely after successfully completing the training period (for relocated employees) - Competitive remuneration package - 25 days of annual leave - Meal allowance - Friendly, international, and multicultural working environment - Career development opportunities and continuous learning - Ongoing coaching, guidance, and the tools to help you reach your full potential Homeoffice: Umfang: Maximal 100%
