Sales Manager Job description As a Sales Manager you will lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and retention targets. All whilst challenging, planning and inspiring the sales team to successfully hit individual and club monthly new member sales targets. Compensation Range \- Competitive Required profile As a Sales Manager we are looking for someone who: Extensive experience leading a Sales Team, ideally in the fitness, hospitality, luxury retail, or premium service sector. Strong leadership skills with excellent experience developing high\-performing teams. A passion for all things health and fitness. Confidence using digital tools such as CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and spreadsheets.
