About this role

•We are seeking a performance-driven Senior Sales Manager – Corporate Accounts & MICE to deliver immediate revenue growth through strategic corporate account management and proactive MICE development.

•The ideal candidate brings an established portfolio of corporate and MICE clients and can activate accounts quickly to generate business.

•Responsible for securing high-value opportunities across contracted corporate accounts, room revenue, group production, and group catering contribution.

•Develop and execute strategic account plans, conduct regular client visits and reviews, and expand market share within Bangkok’s competitive landscape while thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

•6-10 years of Sales & Marketing experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

•Experienced in managing international clients and corporate accounts in Bangkok.

•Strong strategic and analytical skills to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.

•Excellent communicator in English and Thai, able to engage effectively with diverse clients.

•Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

•Proficient in OPERA, CVENT, and LANYON sales/event management systems.

Applicants should be eligible to work in Thailand and able to be hired on a local contract.
