Senior PMO \& IT GRC / IT Risk Management Lead The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO \& IT GRC / IT Risk Management Leader to lead the implementation and expansion of Intellico's ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) across multiple group companies. You will drive governance, risk management, compliance, and certification initiatives while working closely with executive leadership, IT, Legal, HR, and Operations teams to strengthen our security and compliance posture. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 ISMS across the group Conduct security and IT risk assessments and define mitigation plans Develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and security controls Manage ISO 27001 certification and surveillance audits Establish governance frameworks, risk registers, and compliance reporting Coordinate stakeholders across IT, Legal, HR, Operations, and external partners Drive remediation activities and continuous improvement initiatives Provide regular status updates and risk reporting to executive management Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Security, IT Risk Management, or GRC Proven experience leading ISO 27001 implementation and certification projects ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Experience with risk assessments, audits, and compliance frameworks Familiarity with Swiss and/or EU regulatory environments Excellent communication and organizational skills Fluent in English and German Resident in Switzerland or eligible to work in Switzerland Practicalities Location: Freienbach, Switzerland Employment: Permanent, full\-time position, 80%\-100% Working model: Primarily office\-based, with up to two home\-office days per week where operational responsibilities allow Schedule: Normal working hours with participation in an on\-call rotation Travel: Occasional visits to other Intellico offices and colocation facilities What We Offer Opportunity to build and lead a group\-wide ISO 27001 and GRC program Strategic role with direct exposure to executive leadership International projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa Modern working environment and flexible working arrangements High\-quality technical equipment and a modern, comfortable office in Freienbach close to public transport jpidaa350f3jm jit0832jm jiy26jm
