SLIP LANE RESTAURANT LIMITED, trading as Butcher Restaurant, Dalgan House, The Butterslip, Kieran Street, Kilkenny, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie. This is a full-time position working 39 hours per week, with an annual salary of €36,605. Duties include preparing and cooking food to a high standard, managing an assigned section of the kitchen, assisting with service, maintaining food quality, and ensuring kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures are followed.
