About the Role We're looking for an AI Trainer & Workflow Engineer to build and optimize AI processes and automations, and help deliver hands-on Generative AI and workflow-automation training. You'll combine technical skill with strong communication to guide participants through practical, real-world AI use cases. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and optimize AI processes, automations, and AI agents (e.g., FlowHunt, MS Copilot Studio, Power Automate) Create educational materials, presentations, and guides on AI Deliver AI training sessions and workshops, and support clients implementing AI solutions Stay current on AI technologies and prepare technical documentation What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with AI workflow/automation tools Solid understanding of and genuine interest in Generative AI Training or facilitation experience is a plus Strong English communication and presentation skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Why Join Us Work with a forward-thinking team delivering AI training across Europe Engage with high-profile international clients Hands-on mentoring and career growth in AI-powered productivity
