About this role
The Compliance Case Manager is responsible for receiving and reviewing incoming reports of possible violations of legal or internal regulations. The Case Manager accompanies the ongoing investigations and ensures appropriate consequence management. The person will work closely with ContiTech Compliance, other Central Functions, and internal and external investigators.
Your tasks will include the following activities:
Support in the implementation of an effective compliance case management systemContinuous and active increase in awareness and trust in the Continental whistleblower systemEnsuring the confidentiality, independence and expertise of the people entrusted with the informationAssessment of the credibility, relevance and urgency of the alertsAssignment of cases to the relevant investigators or authoritiesEnsure an ongoing overview of the progress and status of ongoing investigationsEvaluation of reports on the investigationsCompile statistics, reports and evaluation on case activities and ensure an active lessons-learned processEstablishment and enforcement of appropriate measures to sanction identified violationsConduct training regarding the case management tool Degree in law, economics, a related field or comparable qualificationIdeally, first professional experience in the field of compliance, data compliance, risk management or internal auditing in a corporation or an international law firm or consulting companyKnowledge of applicable laws, regulations and industry standardsStrong analytical, organizational and communication skills (verbal and written), team player mentalityHigh ethical standards and integrityBusiness fluent German and English, both written and spoken, as well as additional language skills desirableIndependent working styleStrong intercultural competence and team player mentalityProficiency in MS-Office, advanced Excel and Power BI is a plus The well-being of our employees is important to us.
