Responsible for speed of overall process and quality of finished rubber for testing for area(s)
assigned.
1. Will be required to complete training
2. Read and follow standards for knife use
3. Ability to verify set points
4. Ability to read, understand, and maintain quality standards
5. Provide coverage for other Mill Crew Utility while operators are on break
6. Maintain housekeeping around mill floor as outlined in SOPs
7. May be required to change shifts or work overtime.
8. May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description.
1. High School Diploma.
2. 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
