Your mission
Drive Lean transformation across multiple plants in the EMEA region. Develop site leadership and embed a sustainable continuous improvement culture aligned with central standards.
Lead and coordinate Lean / Continuous Improvement (CI) activities across multiple sitesTranslate regional CI strategy into practical action plans and ensure execution with site leadershipTravel regularly across plants to support implementation and alignmentDevelop and strengthen Lean mindset and culture within local management teamsCoach and support local Lean/CBS leads, including performance evaluation and developmentIdentify improvement potential and build a regional CI roadmap aligned with business prioritiesDrive implementation of Lean tools (e.g. Kaizen, Gemba, Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping)Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership coachingEnsure achievement of CI targets (cost, quality, delivery, productivity)Align with central/regional functions to ensure standardization and best practice sharingSupport strategic planning (capacity, investments, headcount) from a CI perspectiveLead or contribute to cross-functional and international projects Proven experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement in manufacturingStrong understanding of production processes and plant operationsExperience working in multi-site or international environmentsSolid coaching and leadership development skillsHands-on experience with Lean tools and cultural transformationStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to drive change in complex organizationsFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Willingness to travel frequently (EMEA region) Regional impact across multiple plantsHigh visibility role with direct influence on performance and cultureOpportunity to shape and implement Lean strategy on a broader scaleReady to drive with Continental?
