Quotation & Price List Specialist Main tasks and responsibilities Development and preparation of price analyses for pricing of new/ modified and repair of products – reported to product owners and sales managers Pricing products together with the product owner and Pricing manager and work with global price analysis and price list Responsible for updat pricing data and corresponding data in our ERP system Prepare and generate detailed and accurate quotations based on customer requirements and specifications. Analyze costs, pricing, and market trends to ensure competitive and profitable quotations. Collaborate with the sales, procurement, and technical teams to gather necessary information and insights for quotations. Review and interpret customer requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and other documentation to develop comprehensive quotations. Maintain a database of quotation records, including historical data and pricing trends. Ensure all quotations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing processes and efficiency.
