YOUR TASKS Responsible for executing and maintaining departmental training programs, including certification processes, hands-on instruction, and accurate documentation, while ensuring employees understand and apply procedures effectively. This role also collaborates with leadership to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, support continuous improvement efforts, and maintain engagement and accountability. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Maintain and execute the training plan for all certification and recertification processes within the department. Actively conduct on-the-job training on the shopfloor – trainers are expected to be visible, engaged, and hands-on with trainees. Maintain all employee training documentation and records internally within the assigned systems and databases.
