Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks on the production line while adhering to quality standards and safety guidelines Rotate through various workstations as assigned to maintain production flow Handle and manage non-conforming materials by following established procedures Immediately report any defects or issues with parts or materials to supervisors Conduct seat teardowns and minor rework as required Ensure tools and equipment are maintained correctly and report any maintenance needs Participate in team activities aimed at process improvement and safety enhancements Collaborate effectively with coworkers to promote a positive team environment Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized Exhibit a strong safety mindset and report any unsafe conditions or incidents Comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards as prescribed by the company Requirements:
