We’re looking for a Senior Solution Specialist (Access Center and Outreach) to join our high-impact Growth Strategy & Product Commercialization team. In this role, you will shape and expand Innovaccer’s Access Center business across strategic enterprise accounts, working directly with C-level stakeholders to drive large-scale patient access transformation initiatives.

You’ll combine deep expertise in healthcare access operations, digital engagement, and experience management with strategic problem-solving and Commercial acumen to build trusted partnerships, design modernization roadmaps, and scale adoption of Innovaccer’s Access Center and Outreach Solution across leading healthcare organizations.

A Day in the Life

Lead Strategic Growth: Drive the expansion of Innovaccer’s Access Center and Outreach business by identifying, shaping, and closing enterprise transformation opportunities with health systems, MSOs, and provider networks.Executive Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to Chief Experience Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Administrative Officers, CIOs, Chief Marketing Officers, and Patient Access leaders—helping them optimize access, engagement, and conversion through Innovaccer’s capabilities.Solution Leadership: Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Solution Consulting teams to align Innovaccer’s Access Center and Outreach Solutions with customer goals and front-end operational challenges.Experience and Workflow Transformation: Design digital front-door and access transformation plans, create compelling ROI models, and guide organizations through implementation and adoption of omnichannel patient engagement solutions.Commercial Ownership: Lead executive-level deal discussions, structure partnerships, and drive revenue growth across enterprise healthcare customers in the access and engagement domain.Thought Leadership: Represent Innovaccer in executive briefings, industry events, and customer innovation sessions to showcase our approach to Access Center modernization and patient experience excellence.Voice of the Market: Bring back insights from the field—informing product direction, pricing, and go-to-market strategy to ensure Innovaccer’s Access Center and Outreach Solution remains best-in-class.

What You Need

7-12+ years of experience in healthcare access operations, digital engagement, or enterprise transformation roles.Proven track record of driving growth and leading large-scale Access Center or Patient Engagement transformation programs within provider or health system environments.Deep understanding of patient access operations—including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, contact center management, and omnichannel engagement.Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders (COO, CAO, Chief Experience Officer, CIO, Chief Marketing Officer, Patient Access leaders).Demonstrated success in solution-driven enterprise sales or consulting engagements focused on access optimization, experience enhancement, or revenue improvement.Excellent storytelling, analytical, and Commercial acumen—able to link technology, automation, and digital experience to measurable business value.Hands-on, collaborative leadership style suited to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Ability to travel up to 40%Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
