Associate Corporate Tax Compliance Luxembourg Line of Service Tax Industry/Sector Private Equity Specialism Global Compliance Services Management Level Associate Job ID: 745240WD Job Description & Summary Meet your future team Join our Tax & Accounting team, where you will work with tax, accounting and legal professionals supporting a diverse portfolio of local and international clients. You will collaborate closely with specialists across PwC Luxembourg to deliver integrated solutions on tax compliance, accounting matters and corporate transactions. What your role will look like As an Associate, you will contribute to the delivery of tax and accounting services for a portfolio of operating and holding companies. Your role supports clients in navigating tax compliance requirements and significant corporate events while building trusted client relationships and developing a strong foundation in tax and accounting advisory work. • Manage the accounting, tax and legal aspects of a portfolio of local and international clients with support from experienced team members. • Contribute to the preparation of tax returns, annual accounts and other compliance-related deliverables. • Analyse corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and liquidations, and support the execution of related tax and accounting work. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day matters. • Collaborate with colleagues across Tax & Accounting and other PwC teams to develop coordinated client solutions. • Contribute to due diligence and consolidation engagements while gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and business models. • Deliver accurate, timely and high-quality work that supports informed client decision-making. The skills you bring • Master's degree (or final year of study) in Economics, Management, Accounting, Taxation or a related field. • Strong interest in tax, accounting and legal matters. • English: C1 – Full professional proficiency French: C1 – Full professional proficiency • Ability to work with financial and tax information and apply a structured approach to problem-solving.
