You will work closely with administrative colleagues, Audit Directors and engagement teams, helping coordinate essential activities that enable smooth client delivery and effective collaboration across the firm. What your role will look like As an early-career Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that administrative processes, document management and team coordination run efficiently. Your work will help engagement teams focus on serving clients while maintaining quality, consistency and operational effectiveness. • Coordinate administrative activities that support Audit and Tax teams in their daily delivery. • Prepare, format and quality-check documents, presentations and client materials using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. • Manage document workflows, including electronic signature processes and administrative approvals. • Support Audit Directors with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling and business travel arrangements. • Ensure administrative procedures are applied consistently and maintain high standards of document quality. • Organise information efficiently and help teams manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Contribute to a reliable and responsive support environment that enables teams to deliver quality outcomes for clients. The skills you bring • Bachelor's degree or BTS in Management Assistance, Business Administration or a related field. • Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace with independent proficiency. • Experience in an administrative, coordination or assistant role is considered an asset. • French: French: C1 level required. English: English: C1 level required.
