Job Description This position calls for a positive, service-minded and dynamic individual who will fit into our team-oriented and international working environment. Responsibilities: Being part of our Material department, you will receive, prepare and pack our goods according to our standard process to respect quality and based on available sequence (list for on-time) You will fill the necessary follow up document (checklist, K2, scan all the document per project) You will also be in contact with our customers, suppliers, and other departments (Project Engineer, Traffic team, Scheduling team…) You will process some administrative tasks (K2 creation, order of packaging material with our tool or by proceeding purchase request) You will have to work closely with our coordinators who are responsible to define the right sequence and with our dock auditors who are providing the right information in terms of cleanliness of the project you have to pack You will attend the daily stand-up meeting in the team and provide feedback whenever you face issues You will potentially be considered as the back-up of the coordinator in a future state. Qualifications: Degree in logistics or equivalent education Some years of work experience gained in similar position. Used to working with all MS Office applications. Good organizational and communication skills Fluent in English, German and/or French Additional European language skills considered an asset.
