Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting: Senior Manager - Corporate Services The role of the Senior Manager is to lead the Operational team, ensuring the most efficient processes for serving the client base and maintaining high quality standards. Being responsible for qualitative team management, ensuring respect for Arendt's values. Your role: Team management Managing a team of legal professionals from Junior to Manager level; Ensuring the team's cohesion through a collaborative environment, proper recruitment planning and enhancing a feedback culture among all levels of seniority; Monitoring the overall performance of the team members, ensuring reporting deadlines are met (monthly/quarterly reporting, BCL, CbCR, VAT, etc.), with oversight of planning, scheduling and workload monitoring; Ensuring that internal processes and procedures are applied; Monitoring team members' appraisals, target setting and career development; Leading by example and adopting a "can do" attitude and positive behaviour in everyday business, client, process and staff situations. Operations Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of service quality; Maintaining and building long-term client relationships, as well as ensuring excellent client satisfaction; Contributing to business development through cross-selling and client relationships, representing and promoting a positive image of the company; Acting as manager and/or director of companies and assuming all duties relating to mandates, including participation in board meetings and reviewing/ensuring critical analysis of documentation to be executed, notably in the case of complex transactional files; Having an active role in transaction monitoring, in close collaboration with your AML peer, and triggering any escalation to the Compliance team; Taking ownership of periodic reviews within the team; Taking ownership of end-to-end problem resolution, including root cause analysis, solution alternatives, business cases, decision triggering and implementation; Sponsoring and acting as a key contributor to change management projects; Taking ownership of financial KPIs (profitability, budget, overruns) and monitoring the financial KPIs of team members. Your profile: Over 10 years of experience in Service Delivery or Operations in the Corporate Services or Funds Industry. Proven experience in managerial roles, acting as a leader and mentor within an international team; Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, or MBA; Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset; Client mindset; Empathy; Pragmatism; Ability to inspire confidence and create trust; Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate; Fluency in English.
