Responsibilities Model business processes and guide stakeholders through the redesign of their workflows. Challenge business requirements to define optimized to-be processes. Validate as-is and to-be processes to ensure broad organizational support and alignment. Harmonize business processes across various departments and international partner entities. Develop process modeling methodologies and coach other analysts on best practices. Support the business during post-implementation and create training materials for end-users. Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience as a process analyst identifying as-is and to-be requirements. You possess strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML . You bring a Master's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent through experience. You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable challenging stakeholders. You're an excellent communicator with the ability to build consensus and persuade others. You're able to work both independently and within a team with a customer-oriented approach. You are fluent in Dutch or French with a good level of the second national language and English . Nice to Haves Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA) , Jira , and Azure DevOps . Professional experience within the electricity or energy sector.
