Your Mission We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who wants to do more than simply serve drinks. As the face of the bar during the evening, you will play a key role in both the operational and strategic development of Jill's F&B experience. You will actively contribute ideas and initiatives to increase revenue, attract local customers and create memorable guest experiences. You will be part of the strategic thinking behind the evolution and dynamisation of the bar, helping transform it into a true lifestyle destination. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional and personalized service at the bar. Create a warm, welcoming and lively atmosphere for guests. Develop sales through natural upselling and product recommendations. Animate and energize the bar area while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Contribute to the development of drinks, mocktails and food offerings. Promote Jill's Sober Life philosophy and signature products. Participate in the organization of afterworks, events and micro-activations. Organise, coordinate and manage the weekly Thursday afterworks, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere, excellent guest engagement and smooth event execution. Manage daily bar operations, stock levels and service quality. Serve the evening food menu, including pasta dishes, sharing boards and other light options. Provide room service upon guest request, ensuring timely, professional and courteous delivery of food and beverages. Monitor performance and proactively suggest initiatives to increase revenue. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Your primary KPI will be the growth of bar and F&B revenue through: Increased average spend per guest. Development of local clientele. Stronger guest engagement and loyalty. Successful activation of the bar and terrace experience. Enhanced visibility and attractiveness of Jill's F&B offering. Profile Minimum 2 years of bartending or bar management experience. Previous hotel experience is a strong advantage. Passion for hospitality and guest engagement. Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to create atmosphere and build customer loyalty. Creative, proactive and solution-oriented. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment. Interest in lifestyle, design, food & beverage, art and hospitality trends. Multilingual: English is mandatory.
