Our partner, an innovative and growing technology company , is looking for a Data Analyst to join its team and play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across the organization. Data & Business Analyst - Role & Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business and operational decisions. Translate business requirements into meaningful data analyses, KPIs, and performance indicators . Work with stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations . Perform ad hoc analyses and investigate data discrepancies to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting and analytical processes. Contribute to the optimization of data processes, reporting automation, and the continuous improvement of the company's data-driven culture . Data & Business Analyst - Profile & Requirements 2 to 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role . Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large and complex datasets. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools . Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, KPIs, and data visualization principles. Experience with Python for data analysis is a strong plus. Familiarity with databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes is an advantage. Analytical and structured mindset, with strong attention to detail and a natural curiosity for understanding data. Able to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent in English and Dutch
