About this role
Responsibilities Translate complex business and user needs into clear, documented, and validated requirements. Support the continuous development and improvement of the data collection and reporting platform. Facilitate feedback sessions with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to identify optimization opportunities. Participate in functional feature testing to validate new functionalities before rollout. Collaborate with the Product Owner to assist in scheduling, prioritization, and sprint planning. Identify process integration needs and act as a sparring partner for business process harmonization. Requirements You have 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or within a procurement environment. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate user needs into practical solutions. You bring experience in stakeholder management, engaging effectively with users and suppliers. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment. You have experience or a strong interest in sustainability topics such as Scope 3 emissions and CSRD reporting. You are fluent in English with proficiency in French , Dutch , or German . Nice to Haves Experience working with SAP systems. Proven track record in Agile environments and iterative product development.
