Jobomschrijving Recruitment Consultant 180 Model - Candidate side - Brussels Identify and attract qualified freelance professionals through sourcing strategies Conduct in-depth interviews to assess expertise Evaluate and match candidates with client requirements Build long-term relationships with freelance professionals Engage with passive candidates and develop a strong talent pipeline Provide candidates with guidance and market insights Partner closely with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver relevant talent solutions. Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proven experience in sourcing, headhunting, or recruitment. Ability to understand professional backgrounds and identify transferable skills. Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to build and maintain long-term professional communities. Fluent in English and French or Dutch
