We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at 10 Church Street in Elko New Market, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business objectivesLead, motivate, and train staff to maintain high performance standardsEnsure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive shopping environmentManage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandiseImplement and maintain visual merchandising standardsAssist in creating staff schedules and managing payrollMonitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsHandle cash management and daily financial reportingParticipate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team members 2-3 years of experience in retail or customer service managementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesOutstanding customer service orientationProficiency in time management and multitaskingComputer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office suiteAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsBachelor's degree preferred but not required All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
