About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial product leader as an Director-Product Management (Platform) who can chart out and drive product strategy to scale out our abilities to reach and serve millions of users for one our Product Line (Gravity ). You’ll build core systems, This is a career-defining opportunity to lead & grow the product team responsible for our core platform. You’ll. have a chance to create a positive impact on how work looks and feels for millions of people around the healthcare world.
A Day in the Life
Manage global product strategy, roadmap, and define measurements of success for Healthcare Tech businessBe consumer obsessed: Understand consumer trends, and behaviors to improve/ pivot our product strategy and offerings; not follow but create new trends to deliver differentiated experiencesDevelop, articulate and create the execution plan for Innovaccer’s Data Platform product strategyIn addition, an understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and developer-to-developer (D2D) business models. We might seek candidates with technical backgrounds that began their careers as engineers before transitioning into product management. Incorporates the existing development backlog and makes priorities as determined by the business, consumer, and healthcare market needs.Developing frameworks and strategies to analyze competitive landscape, potential data partnerships, and opportunitiesPrioritizing your team’s backlog and work across teams to drive featuresStreamlining our operational processes & automating away complexity so we can scale to serve 10x more healthcare customers efficientlyDesigning for further international expansion so that we can more quickly launch in new markets and with new partners
What You Need
You’re an experienced product leader with a track record of building teams & developing strong PMs8+ years of experience including 3 years of experience in product leadership roles in the B2B tech spaceHaving a good experience into team managementPrevious experience in working with data platforms & machine learning problems around Data IngestionPrior experience in developing compelling products with a strong focus on users, and the ability to lead the design and definition of digital/mobile products, services, and features from a strategic, business-driven, and a hands-on perspectiveKnowledge in at least some of the areas including big data technologies, Analytics & ML/AI at Petabyte scale, public cloud services, and cloud native architecturesExposure to the breadth of technical experience developing or managing enterprise Systems, Platforms/APIs, User Interfaces, and software architecture. He/she will possess the technical aptitude to work with a world-class engineering team, and the business sense to leverage it to drive product goals and strategies.High-level attention to detail and organization with a pragmatic and logical approach to problem-solving and prioritizationCreative thinker with a growth mindset to learn and explore new areas and recommend new opportunities and solutionsKnowledge of tech-enabled healthcare solutions and services
