About this role
As soon as our biscuits come out of the oven, they need to be packed perfectly. That’s where you come in. Your role: You’ll operate our state-of-the-art packaging machines. You’ll start up the machines, provide packaging materials, perform product changes, and shut down the machines when needed. You’ll work closely with your colleagues and support each other to get the job done. You’ll monitor product quality and take action immediately when you notice something’s not right. You’ll follow our strict hygiene and safety rules. These are key to our production process. Your profile: You’re available to work a fixed night shift from 21:00 to 05:00. You can work independently and organize your tasks efficiently. You’re a problem-solver and respect schedules and agreements. You’re proactive, positive, and take initiative. Cleanliness, order, and safety are important to you. You enjoy being active at work and performing manual tasks. You’re a real team player. You can travel independently to our site in Lembeke. You have a good knowledge of Dutch.
