Thanks to more than 30 years of experience, this family business has become a key player in the European market of frozen products for retail, food service and industry. They now operate from three production sites, including Ardooie You play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient production process After a thorough internal training, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of a packaging line You operate, set up, and adjust the machines to ensure optimal performance You ensure the machines achieve the required production targets while maintaining high quality standards You independently monitor the machines to ensure they operate correctly You inspect the quality of the finished products You report any deviations or technical issues to your supervisor You have at least an A2 diploma and relevant experience as a production operator, or equivalent experience You speak good Dutch, French and/or English You can work in 2-shifts or regular nights You are technically minded and can work independently You work accurately and in a structured way Experience in the food industry is an advantage
