Are you detail-oriented and passionate about data, pricing, and ocean freight? As a Rate Management Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient pricing processes that power our global operations. You’ll manage customer contracts, tariffs, and costing data across our systems, enabling seamless auto-rating and auto-costing and supporting our journey toward full digitalization. Working closely with commercial, operational, and system teams, you will help deliver tailored pricing solutions that meet customer requirements while supporting ongoing digitalization and process improvement initiatives. This position is essential in maintaining data integrity and optimizing the performance of our global rating platforms. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Experience in Ocean Freight pricing or operations (minimum 2 years) Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Fluent English and Dutch
