In this role as a production worker, you are the central link in the production line. You receive deliveries, set up machines, start them up, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You organize the work on your line like a conductor leading a small production symphony. As a Production Operator - 2 shifts you monitor quality, record data, and resolve minor malfunctions independently. For more technical issues, the technical department is there to support you.
