Collaborating with internal departments to gather necessary information. Preparing and submitting accurate tender documentation. Monitoring and reviewing tender opportunities in the Life Science industry. Handling customer inquiries related to tenders. Maintaining organized records of tender submissions and outcomes. Proactively identifying areas for improvement in the tender process. A successful Temporary Tender Specialist should have: Educational background relevant to Tenders Experience in managing public tender processes or similar tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Excel) Good communication and collaboration skills.
