About the Role

As the Manager - Legal (Company Secretary & Contracting), you will work closely with the General Legal Counsel and leadership team to manage SaaS contracts, healthcare regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. You will play a key role in supporting global commercial operations while ensuring robust legal and secretarial compliance for the company.

A Day in the Life

Negotiating sales contracts with US clients with healthcare providers, healthcare payers, pharma companies, etc.Negotiating complex procurement and partnership contracts with US entitiesNegotiating procurement contracts with Indian vendorsProvide legal opinion on company policies and processesRegulatory research and complianceLiaise with external counsel on contracts, compliance, disputes, IP-related matters, etc.Drive efficiency in contracting and other legal processesManaging end-to-end company secretarial functions, including preparation of agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutesEnsuring timely ROC / MCA filings and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013Maintaining statutory registers, records, and corporate documentationAdvising the Board and management on corporate governance and regulatory obligationsSupporting and drafting fundraising, ESOPs, share issuances, and shareholder-related mattersRequirements

What You Need

Drafting and negotiating IT contracts, including software licenses, SAAS, IT consulting services, etc., for US clients.Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceuticals industry preferredWorking knowledge of healthcare regulations, data protection, and compliance frameworksExperience in legal research, regulatory compliance, and risk assessmentLL.B. qualification from a recognised universityQualified Company Secretary (CS) and member of ICSITotal work experience: 7–8 yearsBenefits
