About this role
For our client located in Roeselare, we are looking for a motivated Electrician to strengthen their technical team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial installations and machinery. Your tasks include: Performing electrical maintenance on production machinery. Detecting and resolving electrical faults and breakdowns. Carrying out preventive inspections of electrical cabinets and machines. Repairing and maintaining utilities such as lighting, sockets, and other electrical installations. Installing cables, preparing electrical connections, and assisting with the installation and commissioning of new machines. Contributing to continuous improvements within the production environment. A completed education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related field. Preferably, initial experience as an electrician within an industrial or production environment. A hands-on mentality and a strong sense of responsibility. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A flexible attitude regarding working hours: you can choose between daytime work or a 2-shift system. The possibility to start your working day between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
