The role: As a Data Engineer, you translate complex data challenges into high-quality, end-to-end data solutions. You understand the customer's needs and easily navigate complex data environments. Your pipelines and data structures are correct, performant, and built to last. What you’ll do: Analyse business needs and translate them into powerful data formats, flows, and models. Design, implement, and maintain robust Data Warehouses and ETL infrastructures. Develop, test, and optimize ETL jobs to seamlessly integrate multiple data sources. Collaborate with the team to focus on innovation and continuous improvement of our data structures. Stay on top of data engineering evolutions and share knowledge within the team. Skills we’re looking for Must-have: Knowledge and hands-on experience with ETL processes and building data pipelines. Solid experience with Data Warehouse environments and data architecture. Strong programming skills and solid experience with SQL querying. Nice-to-have: Knowledge of specific data modeling methodologies like Data Vault or Kimball. Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google BigQuery, or Oracle. Hands-on experience with ETL tools or the implementation and maintenance of dashboards.
