UX Designer Senior Location: Ghent / Brussels Remote Work: Hybrid Engagement Type: Full-time Language Requirement: Dutch (C2 mandatory) Context / Project Background Our client in the public sector is looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the development of user-centric digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent user experiences across multiple digital touchpoints. Responsibilities · Translate user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs · Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces · Conduct user research and usability testing · Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders · Ensure consistency across digital platforms · Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders · Contribute to responsive and accessible design solutions Required Skills & Expertise Must Have: · Strong experience as UX Designer · Experience with design tools (Adobe, Sketch, InVision) · Experience facilitating workshops · Strong understanding of responsive design · Dutch language proficiency (C2 level) Should Have: · Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript · Experience in Agile environments · Experience with UX research · Experience with content-driven design Nice to Have: · Experience in public sector environments · Experience in large digital platforms · Knowledge of accessibility standards Soft Skills · Strong communication and collaboration skills · User-centric mindset · Analytical and structured approach · Ability to work with multiple stakeholders · Proactive and adaptable
