Jobomschrijving As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your responsibilities are: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer stage Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements Support employer branding initiatives, onboarding activities, and HR projects A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Initial experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources Fluent communication skills in English and French, good level of Dutch Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
