Conduct in-depth analyses of P&L, ROCE, and risk management for specific market segments, identifying trends and growth potential; Translate financial data into clear reports and presentations , providing strategic insights and recommendations; Optimize working capital and monitor key risks related to accumulated positions and essential raw materials; Manage the planning process, including periodic forecasts , annual budgeting, and strategic planning up to EBIT level; Contribute to key investment projects, including CAPEX and M&A, by providing financial expertise; Collaborate with the Reporting Factory to enhance reporting and analysis tools, ensuring consistency and accuracy; Act as a strong business partne r by supporting market segments and facilitating strategic decisions with financial insights. Must-haves: You hold a master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; Acquire at least 4 years of experience in finance, preferably as a controller or business partner; Demonstrate strong analytical skills to translate financial data into strategic insights; Communicate fluently in Dutch , both written and spoken; Possess excellent communication skills to present complex financial concepts clearly; Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management . Nice-to-haves: Have experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems . Speak English or French in addition to Dutch. Show a proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Bring experience in investment analysis , CAPEX, or M&A. he Demonstrate tability to optimize working capital and risk management.
