Our client, an international company located in the region of Ghent, is looking for an Indirect Buyer & Fleet Coordinator EMEA to join the team. Jobomschrijving In this dynamic role as Indirect Buyer and Fleet Coordinator you will have following key responsibilities: Fleet Management (EMEA) Act as the primary point of contact for fleet-related matters across EMEA Coordinate with leasing partners and support employees on all fleet topics Manage the full vehicle lifecycle: ordering, registration, insurance, maintenance, and returns Maintain accurate fleet data (vehicles, drivers, contracts, mileage, renewals) Handle damage cases, fines, insurance claims, and country-specific exceptions Support employee onboarding with vehicle allocation, documentation, and policy guidance Ensure compliance with local regulations, company car policies, and duty-of-care standards Indirect Procurement Manage end-to-end purchasing for indirect categories (services, MRO, facilities, packaging, tooling, professional services) Create and maintain purchase orders in line with pricing agreements, lead times, and approval policies Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to optimise cost efficiency and total cost of ownership (TCO) Resolve operational issues such as order confirmations, invoice discrepancies, and delivery delays Collaborate closely with Finance, Logistics, Quality, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless execution In this position you will report to the SC Manager. You obtained a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent You have a first relevant experience in fleet management or indirect procurement You have a strong understanding of procurement policies, approval workflows, and supplier management You work in a structured way and you 'get things done' Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is strongly preferred You thrive in an international context
