To strengthen its operations, they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring equipment reliability and optimising performance across several sites in Belgium. Jobomschrijving Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment Analyse breakdowns and implement sustainable solutions Improve equipment performance and availability Develop and optimise maintenance strategies and plans Collaborate closely with production and technical teams Lead continuous improvement initiatives Monitor maintenance KPIs and performance metrics Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Degree in engineering or equivalent (electromechanical, maintenance) Experience in industrial maintenance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Hands-on mindset with a field-oriented approach Willing to work across multiple sites Languages: Fluent French + working knowledge of Dutch
