Jobomschrijving Lead the end-to-end delivery of design and construction projects Establish and manage project budgets, forecasting, and funding requests Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams Manage procurement processes for consultants, contractors, and suppliers Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Monitor project performance, KPIs, reporting, and governance processes Lead change management activities and manage project modifications Conduct contractor evaluations, tender reviews, and award recommendations Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within construction, engineering, real estate, or a related environment Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Demonstrated leadership and team management experience Fluent in English and French or Dutch
