Jobomschrijving Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from needs definition to contract signature Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across appropriate channels Identify, screen, and assess candidates using structured interviews and relevant assessment methods Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and related projects Represent the company at career events, networking initiatives, and employer branding activities You can demonstrate more than 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally in a dynamic or fast-paced environment Strong sourcing capabilities and good knowledge of modern recruitment tools and platforms Familiarity with technical or specialized roles, or willingness to quickly build expertise Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset
