About this role
Your Tasks - Lead the creation and evolution of Beiersdorf’s enterprise-wide AI Governance & Management team, shaping the strategy for how AI agents are scoped, deployed, governed, and managed across the organization - Lead lifecycle management, governance, platform ownership, and human–agent interaction design - Initially define and continuously execute the operating model for all AI agents, including intake processes, lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and collaboration models with product teams - Define and govern enterprise decision frameworks for AI agent sourcing and development, including clear guidelines on when to build custom agents, leverage platform-native capabilities (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow), or enable citizen development and self-service models - Drive the development of tools, platforms, and processes that enable safe, efficient, and scalable use of AI agents - Drive cross-functional alignment with HR, Legal, Compliance, Data Governance, and Cybersecurity to ensure responsible and compliant agent operations - Champion capability building across the organization, enabling teams to work effectively with AI agents and adopt best practices - Represent Beiersdorf in internal and external forums on the future of AI agent workforce management Your Profile - Master’s degree in Business Administration, AI, Computer Science, or a related field - Substantial experience in AI, digital transformation, or technology leadership roles - Strong understanding of AI technologies, agent architectures, and enterprise AI platforms - Experience building or leading governance, operations, or platform functions in a complex organization - Proven ability to define and implement operating models, policies, and cross-functional processes - Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization - Strong communication and strategic thinking capabilities - Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus - Ability to work in a self-organizing environment and eagerness to continuously learn At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
