As a Senior Associate Value Creation – Integration & Separation, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with all their integration & separation challenges in the context of deals:
Assisting on producing buy-side and sell-side carve-out and integration reportsAssisting our clients in the operational execution of integrations or carve-outsParticipating in other Value Creation engagements such as Finance Transformation, or Cash & Working CapitalConduct research and analysis to shape solutions, assist in business development efforts, build strong client relationships, and stay updated on industry trends to support the growth of the practiceSupporting Managing Directors and other senior members of the team with client pitch productionRequirements
BAC(+5) in a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, or EconomicsMinimum 2-4 year experience in a consultancy or advisory role, preferably within I&S or Transaction ServicesStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and information todraw insights and conclusions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to convey ideas andfindings clearly and concisely to clients and colleagues
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing competingpriorities and working to tight deadlines
Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles, able to build and maintain strongrelationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
