Application & Analytical Consultant (m/w/d) | GR Heidelberg| Hybrid | ANK14732 Start: August 2026 Duration: 12 months Location: GR Heidelberg / hybrid Project ID: 14732 Application Deadline: 24.08. 2026 Dear Network, for our client we are looking for a Application & Analytical Consultant (m/w/d). https://www.constaff.com/projektbeschreibung/?positionID=14732 ( https://www.constaff.com/projektbeschreibung/?positionID=14732 ) Tasks: - Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements - Facilitate workshops and align requirements with business stakeholders - Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories - Configure, implement, and support enterprise applications - Support product backlog management and ensure clear definition of requirements - Coordinate testing activities, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT) - Support go-live activities, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives - Analyze data, define KPIs, and identify optimization opportunities - Review application configurations and ensure alignment with business requirements Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in Application Consulting and Requirements Engineering - Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation - Strong understanding of data validation, data quality management, and dashboard testing - Experience with UI/UX design and dashboard solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred), Power BI, or Tableau - Good knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS - Experience managing product backlogs and creating user stories - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and abstract thinking skills - High attention to detail with a structured and proactive working style - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Fluent English language skills Due to client requirements, a project-based employment is required.
