General Purpose The Nurse Aide in Training is designed for individuals preparing to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, trainees receive hands-on experience and classroom instruction to develop the skills necessary to provide high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
Essential Duties
• Participate in approved CNA training program provided by the facility or affiliated institution • Assist residents with basic care needs such as grooming, dressing, and hygiene under supervision • Observe and report changes in residen
