Santa Cruz Post Acute is hiring a part-time Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to help our residents maintain and regain their physical mobility and independence.
Job Overview
• Position: Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) - Part-Time
• Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Location: Santa Cruz, CA
• Facility: Santa Cruz Post Acute
Responsibilities
• Lead residents through individualized range-of-motion exercises.
• Assist with ambulation, transfer training, and positioning.
• Support independent eating and restorative dining programs.
• Document resident progress and daily restorative treatments accurately.
• Report changes in resident physical capabilities to nursing staff.
Qualifications
• Certification: Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Training: Completed Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) training program.
• Experience: Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
• Attributes: Patient, encouraging, and physically able to assist residents.
