About this role
Position Overview The Member Services Specialist serves as a primary frontline representative of the credit union, responsible for delivering accurate, professional, and member-focused service. This role supports new membership onboarding, account opening, and transactional services while ensuring members receive welcoming, efficient, and consistent experience.
The Member Services Specialist role is designed as a member-facing execution role and does not include lending approval authority or ownership of complex service resolution. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: UHS Employees Federal Credit Union Primary Work Shift: Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 20 Compensation Range: $17.05 - $22.17 per hour, depending on experience This position is not eligible for benefits.

Education/Experience Minimum Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to follow procedures, handle cash accurately, and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
• Prior customer service or financial experience preferred.
