Your role at a glance The Senior Associate Specialist, Reporting is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and delivering accurate financial and operational reports to support business decision-making. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations while maintaining data integrity across reporting systems. The incumbent collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and provide actionable insights What we are looking for Support monthly consolidation of Group entities, including preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports. Perform IFRS reconciliations and consolidation entries, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Contribute to variance analysis for business unit management. Review financial records and regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Participate in periodic compliance testing and monitor adherence to internal controls and reporting standards. Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues. Coordinate with Group headquarters and subsidiaries to align financial reporting and ensure consistency across entities. Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of financial controls, including system reconciliations and data integrity checks. Participate in special projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives within finance and reporting processes. Perform additional ad hoc finance and reporting tasks as required by management.
